Tomato Avocado Salad

1lb. Roma Tomatoes
1 English Cucumber
1/2 Red Onion, sliced
2 Avocados, diced
2 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

– Gently mix all ingredients except salt. Add salt right before serving.
