Hummus Turkey Burgers – Cara Thomas

– one package lean ground turkey
– one cup hummus
– one cup finely chopped spinach
– 2-3 cloves finely chopped garlic
– minced capers
– minced sundried tomatoes
Mix and grill.
– one laughing cow
– lemon juice
– finely minced fresh garlic
– 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
– diced cucumber

serve on a whole wheat sandwich thin…yummy!
