Healthy Thanksgiving Recipes – Thanksgiving Pumpkin Dip by Cara Thomas

 

  • One can of spiced pumpkin pie puree
  • Two packages of fat free sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix
  • Cinnamon applesauce to tast

 

Mix ingredients together. Refrigerate for a few hours.  Top with fat free cool whip (optional). Use graham crackers for dipping.  My three year old son loves to “cook” this with me!
