A New Twist On “Old Oats”

½ Cup Old Fashion Oats

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1.5 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

½ Cup Skim Milk

1 Banana

1 Packet Sugar Alternative

 -Mix half cup oats with 1.5 cups water and put in microwave for 3 minutes on high.

 -Mix the protein powder with the skim milk in a shaker cup

 -Put the sugar alternative and cinnamon in the cooked oatmeal and mix

 -Pour the protein powder/skim milk on the oatmeal and stir

 -slice up one banana and place fruit slices on top of the oatmeal mix, enjoy!
